Filler Up

In this week’s episode of botox COWBOYS, Tyler and Dr. Andrew Dargie return from their respective globe-trotting adventures (Hong Kong, Bali, Panama—you know, just the usual “doctor influencer” fare) to tackle the squishy, controversial, and dangerously over-filtered world of… dermal filler. Yes, folks, it’s time to inject some knowledge straight into your brain folds.

Andrew—your favorite Aesthetics Avenger—dives face-first into the truth behind filler: what it is, what it isn’t, and why it definitely won’t give you the face of a startled woodland creature… unless your injector has the finesse of a toddler with a syringe. We’re talking lip flips (spoiler: not filler), wiener filler (yep, that happened), and filler in places you didn’t know had names.

Tyler plays the skeptical cowboy—equal parts intrigued and terrified—wondering aloud if he’s just one tiny syringe away from losing his “tiny bird lips.” Andrew obliges, naturally.

In between the banter, we get a backstage pass to the shady underbelly of aesthetic medicine: clinics that don’t stock reversal agents (how is this legal?!), the myth of the “best” injector (spoiler: there isn’t one, but there are some absolute shockers out there), and the soft-spoken war Andrew wages against unrealistic expectations and fake Instagram fame.

And just when you think things couldn’t get juicier, we find out which historical figure Andrew would inject if he had the chance (Taylor Swift, beware), and why he thinks Travis Kelce might be a prime candidate for some good ol’ temple filler. Yes, this episode has it all: education, self-deprecation, and enough facial contouring tips to make Michelangelo weep.
