Story Transcript:

El: Καθώς τα σύννεφα παραμέρισαν και ο ήλιος του Μάη φώτισε την πόλη, ο Πέτρος βρέθηκε να περιπλανιέται στο παράξενο περιβάλλον της Αστικής Ζούγκλας.
En: As the clouds parted and the May sun illuminated the city, O Petros found himself wandering through the strange environment of the Urban Jungle.

El: Η φίλη του η Θάλεια, με αγάπη στα εξωτικά πουλιά, τον είχε πείσει να τη συνοδεύσει στην επίσκεψη της μέρας.
En: His friend Thaleia, who loved exotic birds, had convinced him to accompany her on the day's visit.

El: «Πέτρο, κοίτα τα φλαμίνγκο!
En: "Petro, look at the flamingos!"

El: » φώναξε η Θάλεια, καθώς εκείνος αναζητούσε μια πινακίδα για την τουαλέτα.
En: Thaleia shouted as he searched for a sign for the restroom.

El: Μπερδεμένος από τα διαφορετικά πανό και την έντονη χλωρίδα, ο Πέτρος κατέληξε ανάμεσα σε θάμνους και τμήματα με μαϊμούδες.
En: Confused by the various banners and the intense flora, O Petros ended up amidst bushes and sections with monkeys.

El: «Πού πήγαν οι τουαλέτες;
En: "Where did the restrooms go?"

El: » μουρμούρισε, σταματώντας μπροστά σε έναν πολύχρωμο παπαγάλο με έντονο ράμφος.
En: he muttered, stopping in front of a colorful parrot with a striking beak.

El: «Εσύ ξέρεις πού είναι;
En: "Do you know where they are?"

El: »Ο παπαγάλος τον κοίταξε με περιέργεια και κρόταλισε το ράμφος του, χωρίς καμία ένδειξη κατανόησης.
En: The parrot looked at him curiously and clattered its beak, showing no sign of understanding.

El: Ο Πέτρος γελώντας προσπάθησε ξανά, δημιουργώντας μια σειρά από φωνές και κινήσεις, προκαλώντας γέλια στους περαστικούς.
En: O Petros laughed and tried again, creating a series of noises and movements, causing laughter among the passersby.

El: Λίγο πιο πέρα, ο Νίκος, ο οποίος φρόντιζε τα ζώα, άκουσε τη φασαρία και πλησίασε να δει τι συνέβαινε.
En: A little further away, O Nikos, who was tending to the animals, heard the commotion and approached to see what was happening.

El: Όταν κατάλαβε την κατάσταση, πλησίασε τον Πέτρο.
En: When he understood the situation, he approached ton Petro.

El: «Χρειάζεσαι βοήθεια;
En: "Do you need help?

El: Οι τουαλέτες είναι δεξιά.
En: The restrooms are to the right."

El: »Ο Πέτρος αναστέναξε με ανακούφιση και ευχαρίστησε τον Νίκο, ενώ η Θάλεια τον έφερε σε ένα ευτυχισμένο κέφι με τη γεμάτη αναμνήσεις καζούρα της.
En: O Petros sighed with relief and thanked ton Niko, while I Thaleia brought him to a joyful mood with her teasing full of memories.

El: Αυτή η μικρή περιπέτεια ένωσε τον Πέτρο και τον Νίκο σε μια νέα φιλία, γελώντας για την ημέρα που ο παπαγάλος πιθανόν τους απάντησε το σωστό αλλά με λάθος τρόπο.
En: This little adventure united ton Petro and ton Niko in a new friendship, laughing about the day the parrot might have responded correctly but in the wrong way.
