Sl: Na slovenski kmetiji, kjer so mehki hribi objemali posestvo, je Matej stal ob oknu hiše.
En: On a Slovenian farm, where gentle hills embraced the estate, Matej stood by the window of the house.

Sl: Bil je vodja družine in s ponosom je opazoval zeleni travnik, ki se je nežno pozibaval v pomladnem vetru.
En: He was the head of the family, and he proudly watched the green meadow, gently swaying in the spring breeze.

Sl: Tulipani so že cveteli ob poti, ptičje petje pa je napolnilo zrak z veseljem novega leta.
En: Tulips were already blooming along the path, and birdsong filled the air with the joy of the new year.

Sl: Na kmetiji se je danes zbrala vsa družina.
En: Today, the entire family gathered at the farm.
