El: Τα φώτα της ταβέρνας έλαμπαν ζεστά στις στενές οδούς του Ναυπλίου.
En: The lights of the taverna shone warmly on the narrow streets of Nafplio.

El: Εκείνος ο όμορφος ανοιξιάτικος αέρας πλημμύριζε το λιμάνι της πόλης, ανακατεύοντας αρώματα από τη θάλασσα και τα λουλούδια.
En: That beautiful spring air flooded the city's harbor, mixing aromas from the sea and the flowers.

El: Μέσα στην ταβέρνα, οι φωνές των πελατών αναμειγνύονταν με το τραγούδι του μπουζουκιού.
En: Inside the taverna, the voices of the patrons mingled with the song of the bouzouki.

El: Ο Ευάγγελος κάθισε σε ένα τραπέζι κοντά στο παράθυρο.
