159: Transform Your Relationship With Exercise and Batching (And Stop Dreading the Gym and the Kitchen)

In this solo episode, I share about my upcoming summer in France 🇫🇷 while being rudely interrupted by my cat, Sweet Pea! 😂

Then, I dive into something that has completely shifted the way I approach healthy habits: my relationship with the process itself.

For years, I told myself the story that I hated working out. I exercised because I knew it was good for me, but I complained about it constantly and approached it with resistance and dread. Recently, I realized that my mindset about exercise, not the workouts themselves, was what was making the experience feel so difficult.

This episode is all about how our thoughts shape our emotional experience and why learning to enjoy (yes, it’s possible!) the process of healthy habits is the key to making them sustainable.
