Good morning everyone, I'm your host Harlee, and this is the Ranch Collective Podcast, where we talk with western industry professionals to share, educate, and give a platform to those inside the industry, and to give those who are outside of it a look at the day to day by having real conversations with guests.

What is Tales from a Ranch Manager? It's the stories shared by ranch managers, hands, cowboys, and anyone else who works on farms or ranches, but doesn't have an ownership stake in the operation. I have lots of these special people in my life, and thought it was time to devote some minisodes to sharing their stories with you.

This week's guest is a special one- my very own partner- Josiah! He is sharing the day to day in a ranch manager's life, and a couple of special stories from his time in ranching: one about a special axis named SuzyQ, one about hog hunting with his dad that you hear part of in the opening clip, and one about helping his dad fix (or not fix) one of the ranch vehicles.
