75 Hard Bridal - Glowing up for My Wedding

We're officially in wedding mode! 💍 With two months until my wedding, I am preparing for the big day by doing a lil glow up challenge. If you're also a bride, have a special event coming up, or you just want to take better care of yourself, this is my version of 75 hard!

75 hard bridal
- cardio 2x a week
- ab or butt workouts 4x a week
- 5 minute arm workout daily
- no added sugar, no bread, and no nuts Sunday through Thursday
- no alcohol Sunday through Thursday
- a gallon of water daily
- daily supplements & nutrafol
- hair oil/hair mask 2x a week
- guasha daily
- lymphatic drainage massage 1x a week
- cross off 1 thing on wedding to do list daily
