Self Love with Olivia

Today we have Olivia on the podcast. Olivia is an amazing pilates instructor that shares so much juice about her amazing practices to self love.

Olivia’s love for movement started when she was a little girl. She used to go skiing with her family each year which eventuated to skiing competitively.

When she decided to stop racing, Olivia found it hard to find a form of exercise that resonated with her and where she felt comfortable and confident in her own skin whilst working out.

Olivia got into reformer pilates and it was a game changer for her. Liv then realised there would be so many women and men out there who may have struggled to find confidence in their own movement so that’s when she decided to start my teacher training to not just better her own personal motivation but to also to help others feel confident and encourage too.

In this episode Liv shares her story and how she promotes self love and confidence into all of her students.
