Lv: Saulainajā pavasara pēcpusdienā Rīga bija klāta ar maigajiem saules stariem.
En: On a sunny spring afternoon, Rīga was bathed in gentle sunlight.

Lv: Siltums un gaišums pildīja ielas, un Inese aizrautīgi soļoja pa Vecrīgu uz savu iemīļoto tējas mājiņu.
En: Warmth and brightness filled the streets, and Inese eagerly walked through Vecrīga to her favorite tea house.

Lv: Tā bija mazā, mājīgā vieta, kurā Inese bieži tikās ar draugiem.
En: It was a small, cozy place where Inese often met with friends.
