Creating Community, Honoring the Land, and Full Circle Moments

Creating Community, Honoring the Land, and Full Circle Moments

Today’s episode is about going back to basics, full circle moments, and a new chapter intertwining with the old. Rachel has just launched a summer retreat after some serendipitous circumstances. It has her reminiscing back to her twenties when her and Dennis first launched retreats together from their kitchen table. She shares some old stories and why she’s feeling so nostalgic: she now feels integrated back into a sense of community that she somehow lost along the way. Rachel has been great at creating community and then standing on the outside of it. She shares some reasons why she has felt this way, and why this new season of her life at the farm feels like something she can be included in as well. If you are longing for a shift in your life, or if you’ve felt stuck or stagnant, this episode will help you remember that there is an answer out there if you go looking for it.
