Sl: Tivoli Park je bil tistega poznega pomladnega dne poln življenja.
En: Tivoli Park was full of life on that late spring day.

Sl: Drevesa so se olistala, ptice so pele, in smeh je odmeval med dečki in deklicami, ki so se veselili konca šolskega leta.
En: The trees had leafed out, birds were singing, and laughter echoed among boys and girls who were celebrating the end of the school year.

Sl: Mateja, Luka in Anže so stali ob robu travnika, kjer so pripravljali igro odbojke.
En: Mateja, Luka, and Anže stood at the edge of the meadow, where they were preparing to play volleyball.

Sl: Mateja je bila odlična učenka.
En: Mateja was an excellent student.

Sl: Vsi so jo imeli radi in občudovali njeno predanost delu.
En: Everyone liked her and admired her dedication to her work.

Sl: A danes ni mogla misliti na učne ure in domače naloge.

En: All attention was on the ball, which flew back and forth through the air.

Sl: Prišel je ključen trenutek igre, ko se je Mateja nepričakovano zamislila o prihodnjih izzivih.
En: A crucial moment in the game came when Mateja unexpectedly started thinking about future challenges.

Sl: Žoga je priletela naravnost k njej, ona pa je zamudila udarec.
