Haunt This Investigations (H.T.I.) was founded in the fall of 2021 by Stephanie “Ghost Girl” Delo and is a Buffalo, NY–based paranormal investigation and research group dedicated to exploring and understanding the unknown.

Composed of passionate and experienced investigators, H.T.I. is at the forefront of paranormal research—utilizing science-based methods, carefully designed experiments, and reliable investigative equipment to explore locations known to be haunted. Their work includes both historically significant sites and investigations requested by individuals experiencing unexplained phenomena.

A core part of H.T.I.’s mission is helping people make sense of their paranormal experiences. By interviewing witnesses, property owners, and those directly affected by paranormal activity, the team gathers personal accounts and historical data, comparing these findings with their own investigative results to identify meaningful correlations.
