Tom called me to talk about booking a hypnotherapy session for getting rid of his moth phobia, I was very sure I could help him. Dealing with phobias is wonderful as really what I am doing is de-hypnotising them. Tom was already 'in trance' by exhibiting signs of being terrified when there was nothing scary around. When we are imagining scary things and it fires off our fight or flight responses, and the 'thing' is nowhere to be seen, hypnotherapy is the perfect solution.

This was on a video call and I noticed he has a lovely accent, though had no idea he was telephoning from Canada. It was too late then, I was already halfway to getting him free of his moth phobia.
