Ep 36. The Things You're Missing Because You're Scared To Look Silly w/ Julia Kobryn

Ep 36. The Things You're Missing Because You're Scared To Look Silly w/ Julia Kobryn

This week, I'm joined by fellow coach Julia Kobryn for a chat about something that affects all of us more than we'd like to admit… embarrassment

From avoiding new gym equipment to holding ourselves back from opportunities, relationships, careers, and experiences, fear of looking silly has a way of quietly running the show

We share some of our own embarrassing gym moments, talk about why people are so afraid of being beginners, and explore how confidence is often built by doing the thing that scares you rather than waiting until you feel ready

If you've ever worried about being judged, getting it wrong, or looking out of place, this episode is for you!

Because the people who grow aren't the people who never feel embarrassed, they're the people who do it anyway!
