The Catch-Up 🌿

😮‍💨 Charlotte has discovered she really doesn’t do stress very well… but thank goodness for the herbs. They’re working their magic, and she’s making a conscious effort to fill life with more joy and a little less pressure.

🌸 We all enjoyed the most wholesome pod day out to the RHS, proving we’re not always talking about bodily functions and bad dates.

🎭 Charlotte has booked theatre tickets, is planning a girls’ trip to Spain with her mum and sister, and is officially embracing a calendar full of fun instead of overwhelm.

✨ More good things. Less stress. That’s the goal.

This Week’s Episode… ❤️

This week isn’t really a topic episode.

Instead, we’re celebrating a huge milestone…

🎉 40 episodes of Married. Single. Divorced.

What started as three friends chatting has become something we could never have imagined, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without every single one of you listening, laughing, crying and sharing your own stories with us.

Over the last 40 episodes we’ve overshared, belly laughed, cried, healed, grown and probably said far too much about poo, periods and Mr. Charismatic.

And for now…

Not goodbye.

Just a break.

We wanted to finish on a high, take a breather, and come back when the time feels right.
