No Trace: The Disappearance of Sage Smith

No Trace: The Disappearance of Sage Smith

On November 20, 2012, nineteen-year-old Sage Smith left their home in Charlottesville, Virginia to meet someone they'd connected with online. They were never seen again. Sage was Black, transgender, and young and for a long time, their story received none of the urgency it deserved. No body has ever been found. A person of interest was identified but never charged. Morgan and Kaelyn examine the investigation, the community that fought to keep Sage's name alive, and the devastating pattern of missing persons cases that the media continues to ignore.
