The Running Mindset Masterclass with Matt Choi

When people set a goal in running, the first thing that people naturally start planning out is their training plan. And of course, training plans are totally important! But what is just as important (and maybe even more important) is how you build your mindset going into a big running goal.

And today’s guest is an incredible example of someone who has mastered his mindset to accomplish big goals in his very early running career!

Today, we have the honor and privilege of chatting with Matt Choi! Matt is an accomplished runner, athlete, and content creator who is currently inspiring hundreds of thousands of people across the world with his inspirational message.

Matt has completed one of the toughest 100 milers in the United States, qualified for the Boston Marathon by running a sub 3 hour marathon, and has completed other ultras in only a 3-year span of running.

How did he do it? He explains all about it in this episode, so you can accomplish any running goal that you set your mind to!

In this episode, Matt shares the most important mental skills you must develop to truly be successful in running, the steps to take to accomplish any running goal, and valuable lessons he learned from running his first 100 miler.

HUGE thank you to Matt for this episode! This is a must-listen!

Also, we are joined by a co-host and my very good friend, Ryan Kalan on this episode as well!
