The Kauai 50 Miler, Running Across America, and 218 Half Marathons in a Row, with Brady Silverwood

Today’s guest is no stranger to massive running challenges! He’s ran across America, completed 218 consecutive half marathons in a row, and has threw his hat in the ring for multiple 100 mile races. But on top of that, he’s also a race director of one of the most unique and highly anticipated new ultras of 2023: The Kauai 50.

Brady Silverwood is an ultrarunner, content creator, entrepreneur, author and race director whose most recent project is launching the Kauai 50 Miler; a gorgeous, yet challenging, 50 mile road race through the beautiful Hawaiian island of Kauai. Plus, there’s a ton of prize money involved in this race, with first place grabbing their chance at $15,000, proving to be one of the largest purses in the ultrarunning community.

In this episode, Brady discusses how he was able to accomplish all of his incredible running challenges, what his biggest lessons were along his journey for those looking to accomplish their own challenges, and a look into the Kauai 50 miler.

Huge thank you to Brady for making this happen!
