Ten Tabs Open for One Patient? Untangling the Tech Behind Your Practice

Ten Tabs Open for One Patient? Untangling the Tech Behind Your Practice

In this conversation, I sat down with Natalie Mullin from Practice Better to work through a problem almost every practitioner will recognize. You start out stitching tools together, a scheduler here, a billing app there, a separate place for charting and client messages, and it holds up just fine for your first handful of patients. Then you grow, the systems stop talking, data slips through the gaps, and the hours you meant for care disappear into copy-and-paste.

Natalie walks through what it looks like to bring all of that under one roof: scheduling, billing, secure client messaging, programs and protocols, notes and AI charting, forms, and lab and supplement ordering, all tied to one patient record. We also spend real time on the part practitioners fear most, moving their data over, and why a good migration process takes the scaries out of it. If you have ever felt like your software is working against your patient care instead of for it, this one is worth your time.
