When Self-Doubt and Wisdom Coexist

In this episode, I speak openly about something many of us carry but rarely name; the experience of holding deep insight and self-doubt at the same time.

I reflect on what it means to be a human channel for wisdom, why confidence isn’t a prerequisite for truth, and how transmission can move through us even while old stories about worth, consistency, or “not being enough” are still present.

This is a gentle conversation about speaking before you feel ready, letting the voice move anyway, and allowing wisdom to arrive from inside the question and not after everything is resolved.

Rather than fixing or forcing change, the Life Force Project restores coherence at the level of the body and nervous system, allowing energy to move again so patterns soften at the root and life begins to reorganise naturally.
