Affirmations are positive statements that can help to change our thinking and behavior. However, sometimes affirmations don’t work the way we want them to. There can be several reasons for this, including how we’re using them and what our expectations are.

If we’re not seeing the results we want from our affirmations, it’s important to examine how we’re using them. Are we repeating them regularly? Are we believing them? Are we putting any action behind them? If not, then it’s unlikely that they’ll have much of an impact.

It’s also important to remember that affirmations won’t work immediately. Change takes time, so we need to be patient and keep working at it. Eventually, with persistence, we will see results.
