Join Yoga to Cope board members and NYU cohort classmates Mel Fielding (they/she) and Kala MacDonald (she/her) on a BONUS episode of Yoga Therapy! There is a LOT to get into, and it all boils down to chatting about two brand new live offerings from YTC: a weekly Grief Processing and Psychoed support group led by Kala, and a Death Club led by Mel.
