Episode 05: Planning Vacations and Seeking Adventures

Episode Highlights:

Sara asks her listeners to Google Medora, North Dakota
Sara takes an annual vacation in June to Medora with her husband and kids.
Sara talks about one store there that sells little trinkets that they always visit., as well as the other things they do on their trip.
Sara’s family also likes to take road trips, and she tells about one road trip they took when her first 2 children were 4 and 6 years old and their car was robbed.
They were able to watch the surveillance video of their car getting robbed.
The hotel where they were staying did not seem very surprised to hear about their car getting robbed.
She is currently planning their road trip for this year. They are planning to go to Colorado and see 4 national parks.
Ultimately Sara wants to see all the national parks with her kids.
There are national parks outside of the contiguous United States, so meeting this goal could be difficult.
When Sara has mentioned this plan to others, they don’t think it is possible to see all the national parks in the coming years.
So far, Sara has been to 4 of the 62 national parks.
Sara and her husband also take annual trips with their friends, and recently they went to Nashville and Savannah.
