The country was shocked when the mutilated remains of a young boy was discovered in 2010, leading investigators to uncover a disturbing pattern of exploitation and violence that had gone on for far too long.

Part 1: We explore the conditions that allowed Baekuni "Babe" to develop into the monster that he would eventually become, and how he managed to remain undetected through nearly 2 decades.

Part 2: We follow investigators as they pick up on the discovery of the young boy's mutilated body parts, and witness Indonesia reckon with the fact that they allowed such a monster to roam their streets for so long.
