Addressing Rigidity

Addressing Rigidity

Hey it's Corie! You can now send me a text! With a comment or question that I can address on the next episode xox

This week, I’m unpacking some realizations about my own rigidity—especially around routines, self-care, and the belief that structure is the only thing keeping me afloat. For so long I’ve associated strict habits with success, but lately I’ve noticed a fear underneath it all… a fear that if I’m not constantly preparing for the future, I won’t be able to handle what’s ahead. In this episode, I share how some of my “healthy” routines have slowly turned into pressure and self-punishment, and what it feels like to loosen that grip.

I’m also sharing some exciting personal updates: my brand-new job and a big milestone for Brian, River and I, as we move toward home ownership.

And finally—a little sneak peek into what’s coming in 2026 👀

It’s a reflective, honest, forward-looking episode, and I’m so glad you’re here for it.
