WHEN SHOULD YOU USE AZURE SITE RECOVERY?
Azure Site Recovery is ideal for organizations running mission-critical applications where downtime directly impacts revenue or customer experience. Financial institutions, healthcare providers, manufacturing companies, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise applications often rely on ASR to maintain continuous availability. It is equally valuable for hybrid cloud scenarios, on-premises to Azure disaster recovery, Azure-to-Azure replication, and cloud migration projects where organizations want to move workloads into Azure with minimal disruption. However, less critical workloads with longer acceptable recovery times are often better protected using Azure Backup alone.
