You may already have an architect and a builder—but does that mean you have every perspective your healthy home needs? Not necessarily. The real question is whether your plans fully document your materials, quality standards, and building-science expectations before construction begins.

If those expectations are not documented, they can be missed, miscommunicated, or priced inaccurately.
