Carissa Smith was a long-term substitute teacher and paraprofessional at the Dixon School District in Pulaski County, Missouri. In 2024, detectives received information about Smith paying boys 14 and younger for sex on CashApp and buying them marijuana. An investigation led to the discovery of five victims.
