Apprehensive about group sessions?

In this episode we are joined by Dr. Ali Robertson (clinical psychologist) and Kay Hurn (nurse therapist) to discuss some of the common apprehensions, worries or concerns service users may have about attending group sessions as part of treatment; with discussions about the benefits of groups and finishing on some testimonials from experts by experience.
