ABOUT OUR GUEST, KRYSTAL Krystal Wilson is a thought leader, trainer, speaker, mentor, and women’s mindset and empowerment coach, with an extensive background in sales, marketing, and motivational speaking. After studying Community Services more than 15 years ago, Krystal began her professional journey in Child Protective Services, helping children and women at risk.

Although she enjoyed the challenges of her role in protective services, a career in sales began. Armed with her completed studies in Frontline Business Management, Krystal worked as a Sales Director for multiple Australian holiday/travel companies and achieved sales targets in excess of $3M. Searching for a new challenge, Krystal then joined a billion-dollar network marketing business and was quickly recognised, rewarded, and promoted for her infallible leadership, coaching, mentoring, training, motivation, and speaking skills. While working at this renowned international company, Krystal built a team of more than 7,000 associates and collected a host of accolades and awards including Spirit of the Company, the Ambassador’s Award, and the President’s Quest Award.

Spending many years at the top of her game, Krystal soon found herself wanting more, so she threw herself into personal development and growth, and in 2015 she created and founded She Who Dares, a women’s mindset, empowerment, and breakthrough coaching company. Since beginning her business, Krystal has built a community of 2,000 strong women from all over the world and has worked one-on-one with hundreds of women to help them transform their lives and start showing up as their best selves. Krystal has studied widely and continues to upskill and refine her coaching offerings. She is a Certified Master in Neuro-Linguistics Practice, NLP Coaching, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnosis.
