I Thought This Was Normal… Apparently It’s Not

Have you ever casually admitted something you thought was completely normal… only to discover everyone else thinks you’re absolutely unhinged?

In this episode of Unladylike Thoughts, we’re putting everyday behaviors on trial. From deep-diving someone’s social media after one date to arriving at the airport three hours early, we’re asking the important questions: Is this normal behavior… or are we all just pretending we’re okay?

We get into dating habits, relationship boundaries, family drama, texting etiquette, social media validation, road rage, grocery carrying strategies, and a shocking amount of discussion about sitting on the toilet longer than necessary.

Along the way, we accidentally uncover how childhood, religion, relationships, anxiety, and personality shape what each of us considers “normal.”

So grab a drink, keep score at home, and prepare to judge me as harshly as I judged everyone else.

Topics include:
• Internet sleuthing before a first date
• Relationship boundaries and social media
• Texting games and delayed replies
• Family conflict and avoiding confrontation
• Sharing secrets with your partner
• Road rage and public behavior
• Social media validation
• Airport anxiety and over-preparing
• Grocery carrying philosophy
• Everyday habits that might actually be unhinged

Question of the episode:
Which one of these takes did you disagree with the most?

Drop your most controversial “normal behavior” in the comments.
