Episode 116: Why You Need to Compete Less

Episode 116: Why You Need to Compete Less

Competing can become very addictive or even simply something we feel as if we 'have' to do on a regular basis once you label yourself as a competitor.

But competing more frequently is often not the answer to what you actually want in your bodybuilding journey. In this episode I dive into the risks of competing too often, the issues you will encounter and WHY you might benefit in a number of different areas by competing less frequently (taking time off between preps).

As always, thank you so much for listening! If you enjoyed the episode, please make sure to give the podcast a 5 Star Rating ⭐️
