Ed Gurowitz, Ph.D. is a psychologist who has been on the leading edge of personal and organizational transformation for over 40 years. As a management consultant and leadership development specialist, he has worked with top executives all over the world on communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and removing the barriers that keep people stuck in “good enough,” allowing them to emerge into their full greatness as leaders and as human beings. Regarding his human potential (aka Landmark) Ed did the est Training in 1978 and went on to be on staff in Werner Erhard's office, traveling and working directly with Werner, including on the "Project to Recreate the Training," which resulted in the creation of the Forum.
