For nearly a year, Taylor Parker convinced those around her that she was pregnant. She wore a fake bump, staged ultrasounds and even held a gender reveal.

But as her supposed due date approached, the lie became impossible to maintain.

In October 2020, Parker murdered 21-year-old Reagan Simmons-Hancock, who was 35 weeks pregnant, and attempted to take her unborn baby as her own.
