Michelle has earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association and was a 2024 national finalist in the NSA Last Story Standing competition. She is passionate about creating happy, high-performing, resilient teams. In addition o her business leadership and experiences, Michelle is active in her community and industry, serving on the board of the ALA Utah Girls State program and in leadership of the National Speakers Association Mountain West Chapter.
