Byron Thomas is a dynamic mortgage professional, Army veteran, and educator dedicated to empowering fellow veterans through homeownership. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Byron brings a no-nonsense, high-accountability approach to mortgage lending—rooted in over 16 years of service in the U.S. Army Infantry, where he enlisted just weeks before 9/11 and went on to deploy multiple times.

After retiring from active duty, Byron transitioned into mortgage lending with the mentorship of fellow Vetted VA pro Jessica Wells. What began as a leap of faith quickly turned into a passion. Known for his ability to break down complex loan concepts into real-world language, Byron is especially gifted at guiding clients with credit challenges or misconceptions about VA loans. His own experience—rising from credit struggles to successful homeownership—fuels his determination to help others do the same.
