650 | He is Faithful to Forgive

Aren’t you glad God does not require perfection? He knew we were humans and as such that we would not be able to get it right all of the time. Though He asks us to walk in Holiness and to strive towards perfection, He allows us to make mistakes if we but come to Him in repentance. God is faithful to forgive if only we confess our sins. ‘If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (I John 1:9).
