25. Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking and the Path Toward Stress Management

In this episode, Shavonne sits down with Camille Jones, Founder of We Got This Mind and Body, an online wellness program. Camille uses her experience as a certified personal trainer, nutrition and transformation specialist, to become a wellness designer and self image cheerleader for women to celebrate the skin they are in at every season of their life’s journey.

Camille and Shavonne talk about stress management and the connection of mind and body, the power of emotions and their effect on critical thinking, as well as the importance of educating the next generation on the power of controlling their thoughts and emotions.
