Meditation Monday: Let Go & Trust

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This week we have the Pisces full moon lunar eclipse, the closing of a chapter. So, let's use this week's meditation to let go of something. You may know what it is you need to loosen your grip on, or you may just be open to letting go of anything no longer in resonance to create the space for something new. No matter what, today let's let go. ❤️
