Episode 7: Learning to Live Deeply

Episode 7: Learning to Live Deeply

What if we stopped rushing through life long enough to actually live it?

In this episode of Strategies to Cope, we’re talking about what it means to live deeply to slow down, pay attention, embrace the moments that matter, and stop measuring our lives only by what we accomplish.

Sometimes suffering, stress, grief, and disappointment can make us feel like we’re simply surviving from one day to the next. But God invites us into something deeper. A life filled with intention, presence, gratitude, connection, and purpose even when life doesn’t look the way we hoped it would.

We’ll explore how to stop living on autopilot, recognize the sacredness in ordinary moments, and make room for the people and things that truly matter.

Because a meaningful life isn’t necessarily a busy life.

It’s a deeply lived life.

And sometimes learning to live deeply begins with something as simple as slowing down and asking, “God, what are You inviting me to notice today?”

Scripture focus: Psalm 90:12 “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
