Footprints Africa: Africa’s circular economy | Joanna Bingham & Deborah Ohui Nartey

Joanna Bingham and Deborah Ohui Nartey from Footprints Africa joined me on the Green Living Chats podcast to discuss how the circular economy looks in Africa. We dived into their goal and mission at Footprints Africa and what they are doing to change Africa's circular economy narrative. Joanna Bingham, CEO of Footprints Africa, is passionate about supporting businesses to improve their social and environmental performance. Furthermore, she believes in the role of a strong value chain in achieving business success. Her passion led her to establish Footprints Africa Limited to support SMEs in Ghana and undertake research on Africa's circular economy. Deborah, the Research Analyst at Footprints Africa, is passionate about using research to identify palpable examples of existing knowledge and divulge solutions to current challenges. At Footprints, she researches global best practices in circular economy and how these can be applied in the local context.
