Lindsay Clancy's Attorney Believes THIS Ends It Before a Retrial

Kevin Reddington moved within days of the mistrial. The Rule 25 motion he filed on September 10 asks Judge Sullivan to enter a finding of Not Guilty by Reason of Lack of Criminal Responsibility — an acquittal that would prevent the state from retrying Lindsay Clancy. The hearing is September 29.
