#467: Jim Long, World Series of Darts Finals Preview

Alex Moss and Burton DeWitt are back with a new episode of your go-to darts podcast ahead of the World Series of Darts Finals.

The boys kick off the show with a look back at last weekend's action in Antwerp, and discuss James Wade's chances of a Premier League return in 2027 after 'The Machine' won his first European Tour title in 10 years. Alex and Burton also give their thoughts on the confirmed PDC World Darts Championship international qualifiers from the ADA and PDC Asian Tour this year.

Jim Long (19:37) joins the show ahead of playing in the World Series of Darts Finals this week. The Canadian reflects on the last 18 months on the oche, from winning his first PDC tour card at Q-School in early 2025, facing Luke Littler in his first Players Championship with a tour card, to his goal of qualifying for the PDC World Darts Championship via the ProTour rankings this season, and his plans for 2027 and beyond and why he expects to return full-time to the CDC circuit next year.

Alex and Burton continue the show with a look ahead to the World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam this week, and discuss what the main talking points are heading into the tournament. The boys wrap up the show with a look at the draw for the upcoming World Grand Prix and pick out their favourite first-round ties.
