Why Do I Feel Rejected So Easily? | Rejection Sensitivity

Why Do I Feel Rejected So Easily? | Rejection Sensitivity

In this episode of The Self-Belief Podcast, Jenny explores rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD) and how ADHD can make rejection, criticism or even a small change in someone’s tone feel deeply personal. She shares how rejection sensitivity led her to panic, avoid difficult conversations, people please and replay interactions long after they had ended and the simple questions she now uses to separate what she feels from what she knows.

Jenny also reflects on the difference between real and perceived rejection, and why learning to ask “What’s the evidence?” has helped her respond differently without dismissing her feelings.
