“This guy is a big teddy bear” - On the night of September 19th, security cameras in downtown Charlotte, Virginia capture footage of 18-year-old Hannah Graham walking home alone, being followed by a strange man. Police identify the man as Jesse Matthew, a friendly hospital aide and volunteer football coach, who quickly comes into the station to clear his name. But it isn't obvious that he had anything to do Hannah's disappearance and so, Jesse walks free. But one mother, Gil Harrigan, is convinced this case is linked to her daughter Morgan's case, who was murdered just 5 years before.
