When the Choice Is Not the Hard Part

Maybe making the decision isn't actually the hardest part...

We can spend so much energy trying to decide whether to stay, leave, set a boundary, speak up, or take a step forward. But what happens after we choose, when fear, doubt, grief, or someone else's disappointment shows up?

In this episode, I'm exploring the difference between making a conscious choice and having the conviction to stand behind it. I'll show you why discomfort after a decision doesn't necessarily mean you made the wrong one, and how constantly reopening your choices can leave you exhausted and disconnected from yourself.

We'll look at how fear, people pleasing, old conditioning, and the need for approval can influence our decisions, especially after infidelity and during major relationship transitions. I'll also give you practical questions to help you recognize where your choices are coming from and what it means to put your full weight behind them.

Listen in and learn how to trust yourself, hold your choices with conviction, and move forward.
