Sitcom Friend Fall: Make Your Friendships Feel Like The Ones You See On TV

Sitcom Friend Fall: Make Your Friendships Feel Like The Ones You See On TV

I just had a close friend over and the next time we were both available to hang out was in 2 MONTHS. Then I watch these TV shows, like Friends, New Girl, Adults, and How I Met Your Mother, where they’re all hanging out with each other all the time. So I asked myself: can real life friendships be as good as the friendships portrayed on TV? I dove into these sitcoms and the science, and it turns out there are five very real steps we can all take to have sitcom-level friendships in our real adult lives (no matter where we live or how old we are). I came up with this action plan for a sitcom friend fall. Sitcom friend fall is a commitment we’re all taking together to have truly fun, fulfilling, and deeper friendships in our lives this fall. 🎧 What you’ll learn: • A formula for building inside jokes, shared rituals, and that "you had to be there" feeling • How to skip small talk and get to real, unfiltered intimacy and trust with friends • The 3 key ingredients that make sitcom friendships feel like family If you liked this episode, check out this one: “The 5 Friend Theory: Uncover The Type You're Missing & Unlock Your Dream Friendships” • Listen/Watch on Spotify • Watch on YouTube • Listen on Apple Ready to uplevel every part of your life?
