Jacques Vallée Reveals France’s New UFO Secrecy Deal

Cristina Gomez reviews the latest UFO / UAP news and covers Jacques Vallée’s interview with Ryan Sprague on Somewhere in the Skies following the release of Forbidden Science 7, The Final Report. Vallée reveals that GEIPAN, France’s official UFO office, is reorganizing and now requires members to sign a two-page security agreement, and he expects disclosure everywhere to follow that model of more funding and less public access. He criticizes recent Pentagon releases for lacking follow-up and compares the American mindset to Pearl Harbor, suggesting the world may be close to a moment on that scale. He also argues the United States has no jurisdiction over much of the recovered UFO material held in labs worldwide, including fragments he gave Dr. Garry Nolan at Stanford, and names the isotope threshold he believes would prove a sample was engineered. Plus, his views on AI, consciousness, and the intelligence readers who study his journals page by page.
