In this episode of The Ayahuasca Retreat Podcast, I explore the connection between Ayahuasca, family constellations, and ancestral healing, including a deeply personal experience from one of my recent retreats in Spain.

My own experience of meeting my inner child through a constellation, confronting childhood experiences, and seeing my creative blocks from a different perspective.
Why we cannot force healing to happen on our own timeline, and what surrender has taught me about working with deeply rooted pain.
How we can explore our family history without taking responsibility for everything our parents and ancestors carried.

I also share what happened during a recent constellation at Chakana Ancestral, where I found myself facing parts of my childhood that I had worked with for years, but had never experienced in quite the same way.
