Product Recommendations:

The Dummies highly recommend Massage Gun Therapy for both pre and post-workout along with 10 to 15 mins of stretching. We reviewed several Massagers and discussed them on the show. Here is our top pick: Booster Pro 2 Percussion Massage Therapy Gun

We often mention the book "Jiu Jitsu University" By Saulo Ribeiro on the podcast. We highly recommend that anyone who trains, plans to train or has a child that trains Jiu-Jitsu should purchase this book. It's worth every penny: Jiu-Jitsu University
